Straightening methods and technologies

Straightening is often seen as undesirable. Manufacturers try to achieve their objective using simple tools and equipment, often tolerating higher allowances, larger machining overmeasures or longer straightening times in the process.



MAE has managed over the years to come to grips with even the most complicated straightening processes by developing new, partly patented technologies. Our machines are able to work by all known straightening methods, e.g. bend-straightening, press-straightening or thinning.
