Continuous straightening
Practically all automatic straightening machines known to date have been equipped with numerous measuring devices distributed along the length of the workpiece. In the case of long, slim workpieces and/or high accuracy requirements, however, the space between the probes is often too big for a reliable straightening process.
The straightening method of "continuous straightening" developed by MAE offers many new possibilities in this regarding:

Continuously traversing probes for high straightening accuracy along the
complete length of the workpieces
Specific targeting of the biggest deformation, optimum elimination of bends
Quick changeover and low tool costs due to jointly traversing straightening
hammers and straightening anvils with only one measuring device.
The distance between the anvils is automatically adjustable.
